hey guys really had a blody awful day at werk hav 2 deal wit tis customer first of all she ask me about the member card if she apply will she be entitled for the 10% discount then i told her she will only get the discount on the 2nd purchase then she's not happy want to talk 2 my manager i let her coz it not my problem then u can only the member card when u purchased $120 in a single receipt then she say y can't she combined receipt when she purchased again on the next time she bought sumting..y other place can y here cannot wel u have 2 understand most of other places have expire date for member card as for charle & keith it's a life time card haiya...she really get into my nerve then she want to purchase by using her niece card but in e other hand she did not bring the card she wanted to giv me her nierce ic number but the ting is our system can't trace witout the card being shown then she's not happy want to talk to the head office then i juz let her...coz like i said is not my service fault i hav to follow thw company policy then at the end of the day she dun even buy a ting i juz can't understand sum ppl y mus they make sumone jobs worser dun they understand how stressful it is to werk under service line if u werk wit a machine if u r not happy u can juz bang the damn ting but if u werk wit ppl like urself even if u r not happy u hav 2 force urself to smile...i really fel like breaking down n cry coz after all 10% discount is not that much y make a fuss out of it...i've ben werking in sales line fer a few years overall i tink shes the worse i've ever deal wit..it's really hard fer a gurl like me 2 actually talk tings out wit her coz she can really get to u to satisfy herself...lucky i'm strong enuf to actually get myself over wit it...so to all of u who read my updates dun ruined sumone day by making his or her job tougher juz put urself in thier shoes how would u fel...k la till here then do update soon
